As you might assume, my time is primarily occupied with the businesses I have founded, run, and/or consult with. I’ve been blessed to have many businesses in my life and love how many ways entrepreneurship adds to the lives of everyone involved.

Foster youth and anti-human trafficking have been the center of my and my family’s advocacy efforts for many years and it’s recently grown to include new and exciting partnership plans!

Whether it’s a film, commercial, radio show, book narration, voiceover or podcast or jazz performance, entertaining and performing have always been a part of myself I love to share.

Sports and athleticism have been a backbone of my existence for most of my entire life and I love that I can still help others with their life-long pursuit of health and fitness and sports excellence.
